1) Clean up of hut

- Cleaned up the outside of the shed and moved the glass inside to protect it from damage.

- further actions haven't been completed / need to be organised. 

2) Use of hut

- Store seeds for the social seed swaps as it is dry.

- Can store pots for donation / the community need. Sort them in size order and bring them out for socials.

3) Fence outside the hut / carpark 

- Proposal of new notice board for tenant information and those who are not digitally connected - passed (Geoff to action). 

- Fence itself is looking a bit worse for wear, suggested to add cable ties for now to stop it flapping in the winds (Geoff to action).

4) Discord 

- Dave Demoed the discord server covering the following topics:

- Individuals must register with discord and download the app to their computer and/ or mobile phone.

- You can then click the link in the minutes and it will take you to the server.

- Users must accept the rules before viewing the server.

- When the users accept the rules, they are shown a welcome message with instructions to give themselves the role of Tenant which again reminds them of the rules and what will happen if the rules are broken. 

- After receiving the Tenant role, the server opens up and allows them to respond to view, chat and engage with the community. 

- We can ue discord to store information, virtual bulletin board, post images, links etc 

- Rules are open to change and Dave is welcoming any and all constructive feedback. 

- The information is in the cloud and no local copies are created.

- Agreed to continue with close release beta.
